Air Curtains

JCA-01

Air Curtains are invisible air door, keeps interior of a clean room dust-free, stops entry of insects, serves as temperature barrier and isolates heating, cooling & humidity. Fabricated out of mild steel sheet. Balanced blowers are mounted on strong inside metal frame. Exterior finished in enamel or hammertone paint. Wall or roof mountings are provided.

Air Showers

JCA-03

Air Showers are designed to provide protection from biological & particulate contamination in high traffic areas and entrances of clean air laboratories or rooms.

Outer made of thick CRC sheet duly powder coated. Dynamically balanced blowers with minimum vibration and noise level draw the air and blow it through high efficiency Hepa filters accurate down to 0.3 microns with efficiency of 99.97% bacteria free area.

Automatic actuating air-shower operation, adjustable time-duration of air-showers, recirculation of uncontaminated air, adjustable air-nozzles, clear acrylic door, solid state control system, provision of fluorescent tube lighting are the main technical features.

Portable Tissue Culture Rack

JCA-010

Portable Tissue Culture Rack: A high quality of tissue culture rack with following features:

  • Fabricated out of aluminium square pipe or angle fitted with sturdy castor wheel for smooth shifting movement of the unit.
  • Shelves are made of wooden with aluimnium clad or frosted glass.
  • Each shelves has been provided with four fluorescent tubes of 4’size.
  • The unit is workable on 220V AC 50Hz single face.

Fume Hoods

JCA-05
Fume Hoods are designed to contain and exhaust toxic, obnoxious, pungent smelling gasses to protect personnel and equipment in the laboratories. The fume hood comprise with international standard on fume handling systems. A motor driven dynamically balanced blower with minimal vibration and noise level creates negative pressure and sucks contaminated air from work area and throws the same in high-up atmosphere through ductings.

Fabricated out of thick Duro-board clad from outside in laminated sheet and inside finished in non-corrosive, chemical resistant Epoxy paint. An up & down sliding Sash made of Teakwood mounted in thick glass sheet and workable on weights & pulleys system counter balanced is provided. Fluorescent lighting is provided in the chamber. A gas tap and electric power plug also provided in addition to stainless steel wash basin and suitable water tap. 

A work-bench with cupboard is provided to hold the hood at suitable level from ground :

Vertical Laminar Air Flow Cabinets

JCA-07

Laminar Air Flow Cabinets works on laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air through coarse Pre Filters (upto 5microns) and Hepa filters (down to 0.3 microns) for filtration of Biological & Particulate contaminants. A constant uni-directional air flows either Horizontally or Vertically, is drawn from atmosphere and passed through pre and Hepa filters on to the work surface. Fabricated out of reinforced pest and weather resistant Duro-board which is clad in from outside in laminated sheet and inner exposed areas are finished in Epoxy paint. Table top stainless steel sheet. Side panels are fixed and made of clear plexiglass. Front door is folding & made of clear plexiglass.

Prefilters:-

DOP tested as per Standard BS: 2831 with efficiency 90% down to5 microns. Made of Washable synthetic material.

Hepa Filters:-

Made of Microglass fibre with corrugated aluminium foil separators. DOP tested as per US Standard 209B. Efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 microns.

Blower Units:-

Assembly of AU or equivalent motor workable on 220V AC 50Hz single phase, dynamically balanced blowers making the unit least vibrant with minimum noise level.

K-System:-


The K-System encompasses the specialist requirement of ocyte, sperm and embryo handling during procedures in both animal and human reproduction. The K-system is often built into a Laminar Flow Cabinet. The utensils are warmed by the heating of part of the table plate of the cabinet.

The transmitted light source and the regulation transformer for the stereo microscope are located under the stainless steel table plate, with a window for transmitted light built into the table plate.

Advantages of the K-System:-

  • Maximum working area in Laminar Flow Cabinet
  • Handling of ocytes and embryos on one level
  • All ocytes from one patient in one storage tray

Bio Safe Biological Safety Cabinet

Bio Safe Biological Safety Cabinet:

JCA-011 :‘Class 100’ Laminar Air Flow BIOSAFE Biological Safety Cabinet complies with the guidelines laid down by U.S. National Institute of Health, and the specifications of British Standard 5726 — Appendix A for class II Biological Safety Cabinets.

In addition to normal feature of Vertical Laminar Flow, It is provided with following unique features :

  • Re-Circulation of Air - offering highest level of cleanliness.
  • Sliding Sash - renders unit convertible for use as a conventional vertical laminar down flow clean air work station.

Inoculation Hood

JCA-06A

Inoculation Hood is fabricated out of pest and weather resistant Duro-board or mild steel sheet. Wood construction clad in laminated sheet from outside and inner exposed parts painted with Epoxy paint. The mild steel model is enamel painted.

Provided with rectangular, tight covered opening on one side for putting the material in the chamber and two covered round openings in front for handling of the material. A clear Acrylic fixed window in front provided for observation. Complete with fluorescent lighting and germicidal Ultra Violet (UV) tube.

Dehumidifiers

Dehumidifiers are designed to remove excess moisture from atmosphere when manufacturing activities of tablets, capsules and air accuracy is required. Humidity can be brought down to 30% RH with accuracy of ±3% RH.
